York Engineering is a civil engineering firm, specializing in designs for production and custom homes. The company was founded by Bill York in 1995 after years of framing homes. We’ve grown to a large team of engineers who are dedicated to help you create the project of your dreams. With York Engineering, you will get quality service, efficient designs, and quick turn-around times, all to help move construction forward.
OUR CULTURE
As a company, we have a culture of growth not just in the number of plans we engineer but as people and friends. Opportunities are provided for our engineers to continually learn through self-study projects and on site work. Book clubs and financial planning classes are given outside of the office to develop other aspects of our lives as well. We are not just an office of engineers. We are a family, working together to continually succeed.

Past our love for engineering and past our love for homes is the root of why we do what we do: it is all about the people. The plans we design are built to be safe for the families that live in them. We make our designs efficient so that homeowners can stick to a budget but still build a home that they love. We are always excited to speak with contractors or homeowners to hear suggestions or concerns. Everything we do is for the people we serve.

We are always open to suggestions and feedback to come up with the most practical solutions. Our designs are cost effective and delivered quickly and efficiently.
